Nothing here is an offer of service. Anyone wanting the work carried out needs a contractor, which this site is not.

Corrections

Guides are rewritten rather than left to rot. A page nobody has revisited in three years is a liability, not an archive.

Hiring Well

The usual checks are still the ones that matter. Verify licensing and insurance directly with the issuing body, get at least three written quotes, and ask each firm for recent local work you can look at.
